B.A.S.E Cushions
The B.A.S.E.™ range of seating systems
feature rows of interconnected air bellows
which adapt to the body’s contours
to promote even pressure distribution
and provide pressure relief and support
for the high and very high risk seated
patient.
The B.A.S.E. ™ SEQUENTIAL and RECLINER MAT ™ cushions, suitable for patients at very high risk, feature a 1 in 4 alternating air pressure cycle to provide pressure relief. Both cushions are available with a mains operated pump or with the MOBILE™ battery powered electronic pump, which, fully charged, will operate continuously for up to 20 hours. Both pumps feature adjustable patient comfort control and visual and audible operation and fault indicators.

cushions can also be
used with the QUATTRO
OVERLAY™ or QUATTRO
PLUS™ mattress systems
for 24 hour pressure
relief.
The mains operated B.A.S.E.™ ALTERNATING cushion shares the same adaptive qualities as other cushions in the B.A.S.E.™ range and features a 1 in 2 alternating air pressure cycle to bring pressure relief to users up to high risk. The pump features adjustable patient comfort control and visual and audible operation and fault indicators.
The B.A.S.E.™ ALTERNATING cushion can also be used with the DUOCARE™ mattress system for 24 hour pressure relief.
B.A.S.E.™ SEATING SYSTEMS
The B.A.S.E.™ FLOTATION cushion, suitable for patients at high risk, can be adapted to provide optimum support by adjusting the air within the cushion cells with the use of the pressure adjuster. The B.A.S.E.™ FLOTATION cushion is available in a deeper depth for heavier users.
The B.A.S.E.™ range also includes BI-ZONE™ and TRIZONE ™ FLOTATION cushions, which feature independently adjustable sections for greater adaptability.
