The Hand CPM is used for recovery following surgery to the hand. It takes the hand through anatomical motions imcluding flexion and extension of the phalanges, as well as abduction and adduction of the web spaces as the joints are being mobilised.

Flexor and extensor tenolysis
Aponeurectomies for Dupuytren's disease
Metacarpophalangeal arthrolysis
Open reduction-internal fixation of intra-articular, diaphyseal, metaphyseal and epiphyseal fractures of the phalanges
Prosthetic replacement of the MCP, PIP and DIP joints
Rheumatoidal, neurological or post-burn stiffness
Flexion/Hyperextension: 270'/0'/15'
Speed: 1-2min cycle (minimum); 5-30sec cycle (maximum)
Adjustments: Height tilt (front to back and side to side), forearm length and upper arm length
Dorsal Positioning: Provides anatomical motion
Anatomically Shaped Drive Bar: Further enhances anatomical motion by working web spaces
Total Therapy Time: Added sum of the therapy sessions
