Yes, we supply most of our goods Australia-wide except for maternity products. Within the greater Sydney area we supply products via our trained driver who can set up your equipment and provide advice for use. To areas outside this region goods are sent by courier.
Medi-Rent will facilitate the entire billing process, whether it be through the hospital, directly with a client or an insurance company. We accept credit cards, and Visa or Mastercard debit cards.
1. For rentals booked to be collected from our warehouse or one of our pharmacy partners:
If you haven’t yet collected your rental:
You can cancel your pickup order within 48 hours of booking by calling us or emailing us – if we have already charged your credit card, this will be refunded. If it has been more than 48 hours since booking we are unable to cancel your booking or offer a refund.
If you’ve picked up your rental:
Once you’ve collected your rental from our warehouse or pharmacy partner we are unable to accept a return in the event that you have changed your mind. You can still return your equipment early if you do not require it however we are unable to offer a refund. Returns should be booked through the returns page of our website.
2. For rentals being delivered by courier
Once your order has been placed it is unable to be cancelled.
The product you rent from us is considered yours until you tell us otherwise. Rental payments roll-over automatically month to month. When you are ready to return your product please let us know two business days in advance.
Medi-Rent offers a 24/7 phone service or problem solve any queries or problems you may have. If you cannot get through to our customer service agents, please leave a message and we will return your call ASAP.
Yes we charge a delivery fee or freight for all products. Please call us on 1300 726 666 for a quote.
We offer a rental service because most of our products are extremely expensive to buy outright and in many cases may only be used by the customer for a limited period.
We offer a purchase option on some of our products and in those cases your initial rental charges (up to three months) may be discounted off the purchase price. Please call us for further information.
Delivery times are based on your location. For bookings made in Sydney first thing in the morning, we endeavor to deliver the same day. Pick-up is also available from our warehouse in Matraville for urgent bookings. Inter-state deliveries are dependent on courier timetables.
If you live within Sydney our delivery staff are trained in the set up and use of all products. You may also call our customer service representatives 24/7 for any questions you may have about your device. It is important that your doctor or therapist specify settings and therapy times for some of our products including cryotherapy, compression pumps, CPM and the Osteotron. We provide script pads to these clinicians to make this process easier.
All equipment is cleaned and disinfected between each client usage to ensure that it adheres to Australian healthcare standards. In addition to our rigorous methods, our facilities are regularly tested by an independent laboratory to ensure cleanliness and safety. Prior to any equipment being delivered we perform a service and safety check to ensure proper functionality and risk-free usage.
